Business Intelligence & Frontline Excellence Manager

The Position

1. Business Intelligence 40%

Business analysis and reporting;
Dashboard strategy and execution;
Data management and validation;
Forecasting and business case preparation for pipeline products;
Competitor intelligence monitoring;
Business insight generation.

2. Frontline Excellence 60%

Segmentation and targeting and customer list management;
Sales Incentive design;
Manage SFE tools and data;
Set sales metrics and progress monitoring;
Sales structure design.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, science or related discipline is required; Relevant master's degree is desirable;
Fluency in both written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese +/- Mandarin);
Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry;
Minimum 3 years of work experience in analytical roles;
Minimum 3 years of work experience at affiliate level;
Experience of working in multinational pharmaceutical company is highly preferred;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically;
Business acumen, to practice forecasting and modeling in pharmaceutical industry;
Proactive with strong time management and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and influencing skills;
A team player with ability to work collaboratively;
Agile mindset to develop new strategies for business grow and to advocate innovative ideas from concept to delivery;
Adaptability to work in a fast-pacing, dynamic working environment and meeting tight deadlines.
