The group owns two MICHELIN starred restaurants: Arbor (Two Stars) combines seasonal Japanese produce and refined Nordic sensibilities to create innovative Nordic-Japanese cuisine, while ÉPURE (One Star) channels seasonal ingredients from France into elegant, contemporary French cuisine. Ami and Wood Ear are the group’s latest project, presenting an elevated “fine bistronomie" experience, where guests can enjoy great food with a fine dining touch as well as rare whiskies in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. EPURE Senior Host / Senior Hostess(Michelin Star Restaurant) I (5-Day Work)

Responsibilities:

Perform and manage reception duties
Manage reservations, greet guests cordially, plan table placements and guide customers to their tables
Set up, organise and coordinate private events and parties
Provide excellent customer service to customers

Requirements:

Form 5 or above
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Good customer service skills
Cheerful and polite attitude
Presentable, enthusiastic and motivated
An aptitude for acquiring new skills
Good interpersonal skills
Well-mannered telephone etiquette
Good communication skills in English and Chinese
Candidates will less experience will be considered as Host /Hostess.
