Our Client, a reputable virtual bank is seeking a Digital Business Partnership Manager to support their operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluate insurance partners and products through due diligence

Manage insurance partners to achieve partnership sales target through Digital and Online-to-Offline distribution models

Formulate and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives for life and general insurance products to customers

Prepare online and offline marketing campaigns, organizing events and seminars, content creation for marketing materials and online website materials

Review all marketing campaigns to ensure compliant with regulatory and compliance requirement

Performance monitoring: Provide management with regular reports partnership and product performance and track and gather full funnel data analytics for data driven insights

Product Launch: support in identifying and gathering business and user requirement for new product launch

Prepare user test cases, conduct post launch evaluation and resolve any production issues together with stakeholders

Conduct research to keep abreast of the competitive landscape and identify new business opportunity and for product innovation

Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage project timeline and deliverables

Ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements

Support ad-hoc tasks that are related to the business need

Requirements:
Preferred university degree or above

Ideally 3 years of working experience in banking or insurance companies related industry

Experience in product management or business analysis is a plus

Knowledge in insurance is preferred

Strong willingness to learn and work in a changing environment under tight deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communications, organizational and interpersonal skills

Good sense of risk awareness

Strong problem-solving skills and capability to adapt to changes
