We are looking for a Content Officer , based in Hong Kong, to join the company and work with our brand communications team. If you’re ambitious with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, exciting environment then that’ll help too!

Key Responsibilities

Digital and Social marketing
Develop and execute content plans for the company's social and digital channels
Create, build, test and send email campaigns and web projects (IAM/IBM/App Push & etc.) as well as performance reporting
Create and curate engaging and sharable content to be used across social media (You Tube, Linked In & etc.), and various digital platforms (Google My Business & etc.), daily management of social media channels including community management, scheduling, monitoring and evaluating content
Optimize content for search engine visibility and user engagement
Provide support in analysing campaign data and metrics to identify areas of opportunity and optimization
Assist with copywriting, video content planning, basic graphic editing, and other tasks related to digital and social marketing
Handle ad-hoc tasks as required

Content creation & localisation
Localize copy materials from the global head office into languages suitable for communicating with audiences across Greater China markets (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Mainland China)
Produce and execute high-quality and accurate copy content across all communication channels, including but not limited to social (You Tube, Linked In etc.), video, newsletters, search, internal communications and e-commerce platforms
Optimize and reconfigure existing internal and external communications, to enhance the audience experience, and deliver clear brand and/or product messages
Work on creative copywriting for key campaigns and marketing initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in reviewing content performance and best practices, and apply them to future initiatives
Ensure all content presents an accurate depiction of the brand’s values and is aligned across communication channels
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at a regional level

Requirements
Proven experience and or qualifications in copywriting, translations, or equivalent
Excellent in English-to-Chinese translation, good command of bilingual copywriting
Pay great attention to detail, and make sure the thoroughness, accuracy and consistency of the assigned tasks
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and ability to positively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent time management, able to prioritize projects and tasks accordingly
Work independently with minimal supervision
Self-motivated and innovative - the ability to approach things differently and express creative ideas with the team
Experience in creative writing, digital content creation, and English-to-Chinese translation
High level of understanding of the retail industry. Knowledge or experience in beauty or personal care is a plus
Digital-savvy with a solid understanding of digital marketing, social content trends and search engine optimisation
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Content Officer
Immediately available is preferred
