Summary:
The Business and Project Analyst is a role which is pivotal in steering Allianz Hong Kong’s Personal Lines through current and future transformations. The role will focus on new and existing projects and ensure they are executed in an efficient and timely manner to support the growth of the business.

Accountabilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their business requirements.
Work with various departments and IT to design solutions that meet business needs and align with strategic goals.
Translate business requirements into detailed project specifications and documentation.
Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Provide clear, timely communication to keep stakeholders well-informed and timelines on track.
Support in the design and testing of new systems, enhancements and processes to ensure they meet business requirements and function correctly.
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with other external stakeholders, including Global Allianz teams, and other external providers or partners as required
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Required Attributes and Competencies
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent stakeholders’ management and strong leadership skills
Well organized with strong and clear communication and presentation skills in both English and Cantonese
Strong analytical mind-set and attention to details with strong technicalities
Computer literacy particular proficient with MS Excel & Power Point
Familiar with project management tools like “Agile” & “Jira”
PMP would be an advantage
