Responsibilities:
System requirements analysis and technical solution formulation for core business system of insurance
System functional design, coding implementation and SIT testing for core business system of insurance
Accept, investigate, analyze and resolve procedural defects in the core business system of insurance
Manage, coordinate, track, and report on the processing of core business system requirements
Continuously optimize the insurance core business system in line with the technical needs of other sectors
Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in computer related major
5 years or above experience in software development, including at least 3 years of system development experience in the insurance industry
Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, C#, etc., and familiar with object-oriented programming concepts and common design patterns
Proficient in using relational databases (such as Oracle, My SQL), be able to design databases, write SQL query statements, stored procedures, etc., and understand the basic methods of database performance optimization
Understand the basic business processes and main insurance product types in property insurance, health insurance and other industries, and be familiar with the operating rules of core business links such as insurance and claims settlement
Good teamwork spirit and be able to work closely with other developers, business analysts, testers, etc. to complete project development tasks
Good communication skills, be able to clearly express your ideas and technical solutions, understand business needs and translate them into development tasks.
