• Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to promote our company's brand and reputation, build brand awareness, establish thought leadership, and promote our platform.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, including companies and organizations in crypto space.
• Extensive experience in planning, organizing, and executing high-impact events, including conferences, workshops, and networking sessions, tailored to the cryptocurrency community.
• Monitor and analyse marketing activities and events to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in marcom to ensure strategies remain innovative and effective.

• Proven work experience with some 3-5 years in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in Fintech, Payments or Financial Services is required, ideally in centralized exchanges.
• Deep understanding of the industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, to effectively develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Strong network within the cryptocurrency community and a deep understanding of the industry.
• Ability to embrace new platforms and communication channels to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
