M Moser Associates is an interior architecture firm specializing in the design and delivery of corporate offices and work support facilities. With 1000+ staff comprising architects, designers, engineers, technology specialists and construction managers, the firm serves a diverse clientele from 27 locations in Asia, the UK and USA.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our Hong Kong office. The successful applicant for this position will:
Liaise between construction, design and management to ensure the project runs smoothly, with time and with client goals met.
Coordinate all interior related consultants to facilitate the development and delivery of the project.
Monitor the scheduled works and ensure the project completed within the budget and agreed timeline
Identify, assess and manage potential risks, and implement effective changes where required.
Work with a widely recognized team known for delivering high-quality projects.
Lead and coordinate client and project meetings, and prepare all related documents and reports.

To meet these challenges, you should possess the following qualities:
High diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or Construction Management.
Around 5 years of experience working in interior design field is preferred.
Able to produce a set of project documents.
Able to work effectively as a good team player.
Experience with site inspection or site management.
Detail-minded and independent with good problem-solving and client management skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
