Responsibilities:
Perform routine clerical and documentation work to support the department.

Prepare staff roster per department, and maintain staff attendance record, including but not limited to overtime and holiday record, update HR system and prepare necessary reports at timely basis.

Responsible to collect and distribute documents between operation and different departments.

Assist to execute all the administrative process in department.

Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:
DSE or above, or with equivalent qualification

Good command of both Chinese and English

Basic knowledge in computer skills with Chinese word processing

Good interpersonal and communication skills
