The Division of Humanities is now looking for a self-motivated and capable individual to support the daily operations of the Division of Humanities, Creative Art programs and other initiatives of the Team.

The key responsibilities of the appointee include:

• Providing support to Creative Art programs and events of the Division and School;
• Performing general administrative duties, such as assisting reimbursement, purchasing and financing duties;
• Managing the project account;
• Preparing and assisting with class schedule and course offering plans;
• Assisting Assistant Manager to process course proposals;
• Liaising with faculty members, students and staff in the Division for the day-to-day work; and
• Performing any other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese) and using computer applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) is required. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a good team player with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Work experience in universities is preferred. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
