Job Description
With an exciting line-up of new and returning events, we are rapidly expanding our team to support our growing calendar. As we scale, we are looking for energetic marketing professionals for various roles across multiple events and properties to enhance our efforts and drive success in a competitive and dynamic industry where your marketing skills can make a real impact.
· Develop and implement comprehensive brand campaigns and event marketing strategies, with a primary focus on digital, content, PR, and performance marketing channels.
· Create compelling marketing collateral in English and Chinese for various platforms including the website, EDMs, social media, and other relevant channels.
· Oversee and optimise digital and social media platforms such as Mailchimp, Word Press, Google Ads, Instagram, etc., managing content calendars and ensuring consistent engagement.
· Lead the planning and execution of on-site event marketing initiatives in alignment with overarching marketing strategies and brand positioning.
· Conduct in-depth analysis and generate performance reports for all marketing campaigns and platforms, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
· Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including content creators, designers, agencies, brand partners, and senior leadership, to ensure timely and on-brand delivery of marketing initiatives.
· Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and incorporate best practices into marketing strategies to enhance overall effectiveness.
· Manage ad hoc projects and additional responsibilities as delegated by Senior Management.
Requirements:
· Positive attitude, self-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced situations
· Proficiency in spoken and written English and Traditional Chinese is required (Cantonese is mandatory; Mandarin is preferred)
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
· A keen eye for detail and proactive organisational skills
· Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
· Flexibility to work outside of office hours to support events as required
· 8+ years of experience (applicant with less experience will also be considered as Senior Marketing Manager)
