• Assist in planning, design and construction for gas transmission pipeline projects

• Tender preparation, budgeting and contract administration

• Supervision of gas pipeline project(s) which mainly involve civil and mechanical engineering site works carried out by Contractor

• Ensuring works to be completed in compliance of environmental, quality, safety and health requirements

• Coordination with government authorities and stakeholders, e.g. District Councillors, external consultants etc., to ensure cost effective and timely completion of works

• Reporting duty at any office or workplace as required

• Working in irregular hours e.g. night work duty, will be required occasionally

• Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines

• 1-2 year’s relevant experience in engineering field

• Fresh graduates with good attitude would also be considered

• Knowledge in temporary traffic arrangement for execution of works would be an advantage

• Site supervisory experience in roadwork or underground water pipe/ drainage laying or public utility installation work is preferred

• A team player with analytical mind, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

• Willing to work at sites and office; occasional work in non-office hour for on-site projects is required

• Valid Class 1& 2 driving license

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
