Responsibilities:

• • Manage the month-end closing process for the US region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, verify intercompany balances, and review employee expense claims submitted through Expensify
  • Prepare AR reports, facilitate settlements, and proactively follow up with clients for timely invoice payments.
  • Review and approve AP bills, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.
  • Assist in US taxes filings.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflows and policies.
  • Act as middleperson between Finance and other departments to accomplish targets and enhancements.
  • Set up templates and workflow to enhance finance team processes.
  • Test and raise issues of the systems.
  • Ensure internal control procedures compliance.
  • Examine and raise potential risk areas and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in audit, and any ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• • Degree in Accounting or related discipline.
  • 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Mature, detail oriented, independent and strong sense of initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Strong numerical sense with proficient in using accounting software & MS Office; Oracle would be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English.
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Accounting Officer.
