Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) is one of the world’s leading airports with a comprehensive air network connecting over 220 destinations worldwide. Responsibilities:
Check sales package contracts and issue invoices

Communicate with varies departments on events issue

Check the work orders and purchase orders and identify expense nature

Check payment certificate from service partners in according to the contracts

Process event revenue booking, costing and make accrual in month end closing

Review Food purchase and monthly consumption reports and prepare food cost calculation in month end closing

Update forecast and actual event revenue in system

Prepare ad-hoc event margin analysis from Business development department

Perform other ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:
Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline/equivalents

Minimum 2-3 years of work experience. Accounting-related work experience is preferred

Attention to details, ability to work under pressure with deadlines

Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and possess drive for continual improvement

Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel application

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
