Job Fit- Responsibilities

Proactively address guest service needs, ensuring warm greetings and farewells, and effectively anticipate and fulfill guest requests.

Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues, while supporting and maintaining positive relationships with co-workers.

Comply with quality standards and perform physical tasks necessary for the role.

Keep work areas clean, set tables to standards and ensure the cleanliness of beverage carts.

Handle closing duties and cash transactions securely and efficiently.

Support sustainability initiatives within the organization.

Must Have:
Knowledge of food and beverage service.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail.

English language efficiency.

Nice to Have:
Hospitality or service industry training.

Familiarity with POS systems.

Previous experience in a waiter role in a hotel / resort.

Additional language efficiency.
