Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and prepare business plans.

Perform research on economic & industry trends and financial benchmarking in view of reporting major performance indicators.

Perform financial due diligence analysis in the context of potential acquisitions or for other purposes.

Participate in the development of services within the departments. Prepare deliverables in in the frame of services offered such as business plan, independent reviews etc. valuation analyses in a wide range of industries using the latest techniques.

Assist in developing the business through preparation of studies and other relevant materials.

Prepare presentations for clients, higher management and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field

MSc degree in Accounting & Finance or related field would be advantageous

Holder or studying (at the final stages) towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CFA)

2-4 years of experience in the Transaction Advisory or equivalent department of a consulting firm

Results orientation and ability to work in a dynamic team environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive, mature and professional attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and in both Greek and English

Computer literacy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Power Point).

Good knowledge of international and local accounting policies
