We are currently looking for enthusiastic SAP FI Manager to join our established, highly motivated, and dynamic Enterprise Technology and Performance team.

#Your Role
As a SAP FI Manager, you will take on leadership responsibilities within our team, ensuring successful project execution, client satisfaction, and team development. You will align priorities and objectives with client needs while showcasing commitment to Deloitte's purpose: “make an impact that matters.”
During your tenure, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:
- Leading and managing complex SAP Financials (FI) solution implementations, including system design, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Providing expert-level advice and guidance on SAP FI processes, integrations, and performance management.
- Managing diverse teams of consultants and developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to add value.
- Supporting business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Ensuring that Deloitte methodologies, tools, and accelerators are effectively applied in all client engagements.
- Staying updated on SAP innovations, new products, and enhancements, integrating them into client solutions as needed.
- Building, mentoring, and retaining a high-performing team of SAP professionals.
#Winning Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Information Systems. Post-graduate degree will be considered a strong asset.
- At least 8 years of experience in SAP FI implementations and team management roles.
- A background and familiarity with SAP solutions (ECC, S/4HANA, Concur, BPC, BW, SAC) as functional solution consultant, in the following ERP modules and SAP solutions: Financials business area. Other SAP industry or line-of business specific knowledge will be considered as a strong asset;
- An adeptness in defining systems implementation strategy, conducting workshops and collecting user requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines;
- Ability to implement technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team;
- Ability to collaborate with clients, provide guidance on functionality, transfer knowledge, and train end-users;
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Greek language;
- Team player with strong communication (written, verbal & presentation) and analytical skills;
- Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries;
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor; Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.
