Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Sales Engineer to cover Attica region and reporting to the sales manager. The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on winning new installations contracts.

Promotes company’s products according to the sales targets & clients’ needs
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Sales Engineer to cover Attica region and reporting to the sales manager. The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on winning new installations contracts.
On a typical day you will:
Promotes company’s products according to the sales targets & clients’ needs
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Assist consulting firms, architects and general contractors by providing optimal solutions.
Develop new customers via networking, bids and tenders
Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets
Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues
What you will need to be successful:
We are looking for a fresh graduate holding a university degree in Engineering (1 - 3 years of prior work experience in similar roles will be appreciated but not mandatory)
Develop new customers via networking, bids and tenders
Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets
Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues
What you will need to be successful:

Deep understanding of engineering principles and technical sales processes.
You have a strong customer orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills
You are characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability.
You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization
