- Cooperates closely with Europe/global Centre of Excellences to ensure deployment of corporate initiatives and tools at the local level.
- Partners closely with local HRBPs and HR Lead to support all aspects of the local OMD agenda in particular the implementation of talent, learning & development and culture & engagement initiatives that drive business performance and are aligned behind the strategic workforce plan.
- Provides conceptual advice & consultation for building individual workshops / team events based on business needs.
- Learning & Development:Consults with appropriate stakeholders and analyses relevant business data to identify training needs to meet business objectives. Develops training plans based on training needs analysis. Communicates, creates (where necessary) and delivers learning interventions that drive business performance in accordance with HR strategy. Identoifies and manages external partnerships to meet organizational requirements. Collaborates with other facilitators across Europe to leverage existing programs, tools and create best practices.
- Internal Communications, Diversity, Culture & Engagement:Develops and implements culture & engagement strategies to continuously improve employee engagement and working environment of Pepsi Co in a context of transformation and pressure to improve productivity. Collaborates with Corporate Communications & Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent employee communications and employer branding.
- Talent Management: Drives the people planning and succession management process and talent check-ins in alignment with Europe standards. Coordinates relevant outcome and ensures all talent has individual development plans in place. Develops the talent strategy ensuring that the talent management agenda for Greece & Cyprus is aligned behind the business strategy and the strategic workforce plan based on analytics and insights.
- Performance Management: Drives full deployment of the Performance Management Process (PMP) in alignment with Europe timelines and core process maps.
- University Degree & Postgraduate Studies in Business Administration or HR.
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
- MS Office and Internet literate.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG or similar organizations within HR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self motivated with high sense of ownership. Abilitity to drive agenda with limited supervision.
- Strong prioritization and organization skills.
- Very good presentation skills.
- Ability to perform under tight timelines while managing multiple priorities at the same time.
- Ability to collaborate with senior teams and influence towards the preferred HR solution.
- Agile and consumer centric.
