Louis Hotels, one of the biggest hotel groups in Cyprus and Greece, is seeking to recruit an ideal candidate for the Crete Island:

Night Auditor

Main Responsibilities:
Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations.

Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies.

Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks.

Reconcile accounts.

Balance the cash drawer and log receipts.

Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts.

Keep accurate financial records and ledgers.

Help prepare for forecasts and audits.

Qualifications:
Degree in Hospitality/Tourism.

2 years’ minimum experience

Excellent organizational and team management skills.

Excellent command of English language is essential; knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.

Excellent MS Office, PMS-Computer skills.
