Your responsabilities:

• Handle transactions and payment inquiries, including refunds, manual charges, and locating payments.
• Onboard new B2B customers efficiently and professionally.
• Update and maintain merchant information in the company database.

Our expectations:

• You speak Dutch in proficiency
• Intermediate English level (at least B2)
• You already live in Athens or willing to relocate there
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

General Details:

• Start date: 13.12
• Working Schedule : Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 19:00 (8h/day, 40h/week)
• Weekends are always free!
• Full time, fixed-term Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law
• Work in our modern office in Athens - Neos Kosmos

Competetive Salary and remuneration system:

• Monthly base salary: €1450 gross
• Performance bonus: Up to 10% of the gross salary
• Biannual additional salaries: €2900 gross annually (2 extra salaries per year)
