Position Summary
The Legal Representative will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s operations within the automotive leasing industry. This position involves handling a wide range of legal matters specific to leasing, including enforcement proceedings, drafting legal documents, and providing legal representation in disputes. The Legal Representative will manage case preparation, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and investigate property ownership history and legal standing when necessary. By collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining accuracy in legal processes, the Legal Representative will help safeguard the company’s legal interests and contribute to its operational success. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in civil law, contract law, and the legal frameworks relevant to automotive leasing.
Requirements

• 3-5 years of post-traineeship legal experience in corporate, commercial, or civil law, ideally within a fast-paced environment, with a focus on the automotive leasing industry.
• University Degree in Law from a top-tier university in Greece or abroad.
• Practical experience in litigation, particularly in enforcement proceedings and dispute resolution related to leasing or commercial matters.
• Experience in both a law firm and a corporate setting is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple legal tasks efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A Master's degree or additional legal certifications are considered a plus.
• Ideally, you are an automotive enthusiast with an interest in the leasing and automotive industry.
