Role Overview
The Guest Experience Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the guest experience team. They are ensuring that all guest interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Supervising and supporting the guest experience team, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.
  • Managing guest interactions, ensuring their needs are met and any complaints or issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Training and guiding team members to maintain high standards of service and guest engagement.
  • Monitoring guest feedback and using this information to improve service delivery.
  • Assisting guests with inquiries, special requests, and ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Collaborating with other departments (housekeeping, front desk, food and beverage, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
  • Ensuring that all areas are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable for guests.
  • Handling guest concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary, and ensuring follow-up to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Preparing reports on guest satisfaction and service quality, providing insights and recommendatins for improvements.
Requirements

  • Degree in Hotel Management or relevant Field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same position in a 5-star Hotel
  • Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of PMS (preferably Fidelio) and the Microsoft Office
  • Proactive and resourceful with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong team player who is results oriented.
