Customer Support Representative (English and Dutch Speaker)
Industry: BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)
Locations: Portugal, Greece, and Spain
Special Note for Portugal: Company accommodation provided
Relocation Support: Available for all locations
Contract: 1-year, renewable
Working Hours: Depending on project, on-site

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support in English and Dutch through various channels (phone, email, chat).
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and empathetic service.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work different shifts depending on project requirements.
