Louis Hotels, one of the biggest hotel groups in Greece and Cyprus, is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated professional for its hotel unit in Corfu.
COOK B’
Main Responsibilities :
Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage container
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Job Requirements:
Graduate from a culinary arts school.
A minimum of two years’ experience.
Culinary knowledge, including food preparation and recipe development.
Excellent command of the Greek and English language.
Creative and innovative with a passion for culinary excellence.
Ability to multitask and prioritize as well as to anticipate problems and find practical solutions quickly.
EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
