SOFTONE Prosvasis was founded in 2005 and is one of the most important IT companies, specializing in the provision of integrated software solutions and training services for accounting and tax offices. It develops and distributes the specialized software solution "Prosvasis Business Suite One". With rich functionality and powerful tools, the PROSVASIS solution automates all the tasks of accountants and organized accounting firms, fully covering all their operating requirements. The main and dominant goal of Prosvasis is to offer integrated solutions to accounting and tax offices that will meet every operating requirement, create competitive advantages and substantially contribute to their development in the modern business environment.

SOFTONE Prosvasis is looking for an experienced Account Manager (Network Partner Sales) to join our talented team.

Your Role

The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned Network Partners, expand the network partner channel and develop new business from existing partners and actively seek new cross sales and product /feature opportunities, while ensuring high level of end customer retention and renewals.

Your contribution to the success of the team

Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the assigned portfolio Network Partners
Identify, connect with, and further expand the Partners Network outreach
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with Network Partners
Overseeing Network Partners account management, including negotiating contracts, renewals, and agreement terms to maximize profit
Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
Achieve financial goals within assigned territories, network partners and end customers.
Maintain and ensure all network partner, agreement terms, end customer information and progress is captured in CRM
Train and notify network partners of changes, features and best sales practices for the offered products
Maintain constant communication and obtain feedback from network partners
Monitor and liaise with Network Partners regarding client / user challenges that may require escalation
Ensure Network partners achieve high renewals on existing customers
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Your Qualifications & Skills

3+ previous working experience as Account Manager in Business Software Sector
University Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Finance
Very good knowledge of ERP/CRM applications
Advanced English language skills preferred
Ability to work independently, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind
Excellent customer-oriented skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
