You will be responsible for:
- Providing mentorship, guidance and development to the team
- Leading a team through an exciting transition to build aspects as problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and technical capabilities
- Establishing team goals and working with direct reports on strategies for results development
- Delivering projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development
- Identifying actionable insights, suggesting recommendations, and influencing team strategy through effective communication
- Advocating for users within their market, partnering with global and cross-functional teams to develop global solutions
- Relocation package provided
- Strong proficiency in English and good communication skills
- Prior relevant people management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Flexibility, leadership and multitasking
- Reporting skills and usage of KPI’s
- Ability to work with MS Office tools especially Excel
- Availability to work on late shift.
Relocation package provided for suitable candidates outside of Germany
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 2.800,00€ - 3.300,00€ per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Essen: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
- Team Leadership: 2 years (Preferred)
- Essen (Required)
