As a Night Audit (m/f/d) you are indispensable for an unforgettable guest experience. The first impression counts & the first impression is you! Become part of our front office team and, together with your team, create moments that remain unforgettable for our guests.
Your most important tasks include:

Check-in and check-out of our international guests.
You are the contact person for our guests and advise them on all concerns.
Together with your team, you will contribute to achieving department goals through upsells and enrollments.
You always keep a cool head and support complaint management.
Support in the training and further education of employees and trainees in the front office.

Be able.

Completed training in hotel management or relevant professional experience in the front office.
Very good knowledge of German and English.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, knowledge of Opera is a plus.
You are a team player and your heart beats for the hotel industry.
