What You'll Do:

• Design and implement ICT processes with a focus on Policy Lifecycle Management.
  
• Review and update system documentation regularly to ensure everything is accurate and up-to-date.
  
• Collaborate with our internal ICT teams to continuously improve processes.
  
• Create templates for internal use within the ICT department.
  
• Ensure that business continuity plans and system documentation are optimized and maintained.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  
• Experience in Process Design and Policy Lifecycle Management.
  
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and system documentation.
  
• Knowledge of ITIL v4 practices.
  
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems.
