We are looking for a skilled and experienced Dev Ops Engineer to join our team. Your role will focus on designing infrastructure, automating deployments, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines. Collaborating closely with the development team, you will help implement scalable Dev Ops practices that enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance. This position provides the opportunity to lead initiatives that integrate Dev Ops principles across all phases of product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine Dev Ops processes to enhance efficiency and quality in product development.
• Build scalable infrastructure using modern Dev Ops tools.
• Automate build, testing, and deployment pipelines to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate Dev Ops best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Continuously evaluate and improve infrastructure to ensure secure, robust, and scalable systems.
• Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance in line with organizational needs.

Skills and Experience

Experience:

• Training as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in Dev Ops or infrastructure-related roles.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong background in infrastructure design, deployment automation, and maintenance in Dev Ops environments.
• Proficiency with deployment automation tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
• Skilled in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Power Shell.
• Proficient in object-oriented programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Java.
• Experience with version control systems like SVN and Git.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and infrastructure as code.

Language Skills:

• Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2).

Soft Skills:

• Analytical and structured problem-solving approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
