Your primary responsibilities as a CRM Specialist will include, but are not limited to:
- Planning, creating and executing adhoc as well as automated campaigns with Bloomreach through various direct marketing channels (email, printed direct mail). closely with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within teams (Country Leads, Commercial, other marketing teams, Engineering, Business Intelligence)
- Measure and monitor campaign performance and proactively abstract optimization suggestions and evolve our communications in terms of segmentation, personalization, and templating
- Utilizing various available data points, as well as ensuring data quality and data maintenance in Bloomreach and supporting the further development of our technical set-ups (Engineering, Business Intelligence)
- Optimizing and further developing our CRM communication by conducting A/B testing and continuously refining campaign quality based on results
- Drive various E2E projects

You've got
- At least 2 years of experience in the same or a similar function
- Good analytical skills and experience with data analytic tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Analytics), good HTML skills is an advantage.
- A strong passion for customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and online marketing in general
- A strong communication, both verbally and in writing
- The ability to find the right balance between a pragmatic hands-on mentality and attention to detail with high standards for your own work
- Fun with working in a dynamic environment and the ability to learn quickly
- Experience in the B2B or marketplace environment (an advantage)
- Fluent English skills (our company language)
