CRM Professional (gn)


We are looking for a "CRM Professional" for any of our locations in Germany. The CRM Professional plays a critical role in managing the technology and systems that support the Oerlikon sales process. Acting as a key liaison between users and the CRM support team, this position ensures the CRM system is an efficient, value-adding tool for global sales teams.

Your role in our team

• 
  CRM Strategy Implementation:
  Support the commercial excellence team in building, implementing, training, and maintaining a CRM strategy aligned with OSS sales processes.
• Global CRM Support:
  Provide and coordinate 1st-level support for CRM users worldwide, managing tickets and ensuring effective communication.
• Data Quality & Security:
  Establish and monitor policies for data management, emphasizing quality and security.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Work with business stakeholders to understand sales requirements and align CRM functionalities accordingly.
• Systems Integration:
  Ensure seamless integration of the CRM system with other platforms like ERP, BW, and marketing automation tools.
• Key User Engagement:
  Collaborate with the global key user community and lead feedback initiatives to optimize CRM effectiveness.

Your profile

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM system governance. Proven track record in project management. Familiarity with commercial organizations and sales processes.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in master data management and CRM change management. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NAV) and BW systems. Proficiency in data analysis and MS Office Suite.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus). Self-motivated, open-minded, and comfortable in multicultural work environments. Experience working in cross-functional teams as a business-process liaison.
