What you can expect
As a Service Desk Agent, you are mainly responsible for processing customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for advising customers on customer-specific processes. You will also support the implementation of end user training.


What you should bring to the table

• Ideally, you have completed training in the commercial or IT sector
• You should have at least three years of professional experience in the IT sector or as a commercial clerk
• You already have experience in incident management and customer service as well as knowledge of SAP and O365
• Your German language skills are business fluent and you are conversational in English
• Your high level of customer orientation, your ability to grasp things quickly and your ability to work in a team round off your profile
