Your Responsibilities:

• Legal advice: Advising management and specialist departments on all matters of commercial law (contract law, corporate law, commercial law, etc.)
• Contract management: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating national and international contracts, in particular in the areas of supply contracts, service contracts and cooperation agreements
• Data protection: Reviewing data protection provisions and further developing the existing data protection concept
• Analysing legal risks and developing solutions
• Corporate law matters: providing support on corporate law issues such as company formations, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
• Dispute resolution: support with legal disputes, arbitration proceedings and out-of-court negotiations
• Training and professional development: conducting internal training on legal issues for employees and managers
• Close exchange with external advisors: working with external lawyers and advisors on complex legal issues

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in law with the first state examination, and/or studies in ‘Business Law’ with a degree in LL.B. (BLaw) or LL.M (MLaw)
• Profound knowledge of national and international contract and commercial law
• Analytical thinking and the ability to present complex legal issues in a comprehensible way
• Fluent in German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills, coupled with a solution-oriented approach
