Your Tasks:

• Propose and execute business development strategies to grow and drive a strong pipeline of new business opportunities to commercialization
• Build relationships and become a trusted resource at key OEMs/Brands & tiers to develop new business opportunities
• Coordinate global activity with selected OEMs and tiers

Your Qualifications:

• >5 years experience within a technical sales, business or technical development capacity related to polymers, ideally within the automotive market
• Technical degree (Eng. or master), ideally with a major in Polymers or Materials Science
• Fluent in German and English. French is a plus.
• Strong customer focus, willing to travel extensivelly
• Curious and details oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, communication and negotiating skills.
