About the Role
Join DXC Technology as a BI Business Analyst to drive digital transformation for automotive clients. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs, optimize processes, and implement innovative BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the value chain.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze and map business processes using tools like BPMN or Archi Mate to support BI system optimization.
Collaborate with business units and IT teams to identify and document requirements for BI initiatives.
Develop and enhance BI solutions focused on data standardization, system integration, and improving data quality.
Actively participate in implementing digital transformation projects across the automotive value chain.
Support clients in executing their Business Intelligence strategies and ensuring project success.

Your Profile

Degree in business administration, computer science, automotive engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with experience in process modeling and implementing BI solutions.
Knowledge of BI technologies such as SAP BI, Snowflake, and Microsoft Power BI.
Proficiency in requirement gathering, stakeholder collaboration, and creating business concepts.
Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
