Role Overview:
You will provide the tourists with full and high- standard support during the refund transactions, customized on requirements and case. You maintain the client experience at a high level as an important step of the customer journey.

What you will do:

Assist International Customers with Tax Free Issuing
Guide customers through the Tax Free shopping process, ensuring they understand the requirements and complete all necessary steps to claim their VAT refund.
Refund shoppers if requested for their Tax Free purchases directly in store.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service - Offer friendly, professional assistance to international customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing detailed explanations of the Tax Free process
Maintain Operational Standards - Ensure that all customer interactions and services are delivered in line with the company’s standard operating procedures

Who you are:

Min. 1 year working experience in a comparable position (finance industry, hospitality, retail luxury)
Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures
Fluency in written and spoken English and French
Arabic, Chinese, Japenese, Korean, Portuguese or Spanish are mostly welcomed.
