Technical Project Manager / Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking for two experienced project managers who thrive in delivering projects with a high degree of complexity. Key accountabilities
- Lead delivery projects in the R&A project portfolio
- Ensure planning, execution, and completion of large-scale integrated projects, ensuring quality, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Lead a matrixed project team and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the project
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and seamless project execution
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions
- Project management competence and experience, preferably in the maritime industry
- Technical understanding and experience about (maritime) automation and control systems. Knowledge about remotely operated and/or autonomous systems is a plus
- Master / Bachelor of Science or other relevant fields
- Fluent communication skills in English and Norwegian/Swedish, Finnish is a plus
- Act on own initiative, make things happen and assume responsibility for the results
- Provide your team with a clear direction, inspire and coordinate others and keep them focused on set goals
- Be results-oriented, with an eye on the horizon for potential risks
- Comply to company rules and procedures and execute plans with commitment and determination
- Use a methodical and systematic approach, plan ahead, define clear priorities and allocate resources effectively
- Communicate in a clear, precise and structured way
- Co-operate well with others, share knowledge, experience, information and support others in the pursuit of team and project goals
