Nimblr is seeking two motivated and dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and expanding our presence in the Finnish market. You will be instrumental in opening our new office in Helsinki, and your contributions will directly impact the growth of the company. At Nimblr, you'll have great and talented colleagues in Malmö (Sweden HQ), Lisbon and Copenhagen!

As a Sales Representative, you will focus on selling Nimblr's cloud-based cybersecurity training solutions to businesses, helping them safeguard their organizations against cyber threats. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, build a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Establish strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored cybersecurity solutions
  • Present and demonstrate Nimblr's products and services to potential customers, clearly communicating value propositions
  • Handle all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or tech-related industries
  • Fluency in Finnish is essential, with good communication skills in English
  • Strong interest in technology, with the ability to quickly learn and understand cybersecurity solutions
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-activity environment
  • Experience using CRM systems (Hub Spot experience is a plus)
  • Confidently initiate outbound calls to potential clients
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT sales or with IT partners
  • Strong technical understanding or ability to grasp tech concepts quickly
  • Existing network in the IT industry in Finland.
