Main responsibilities
- Handling of customer complaints and customer replies to ensure satisfaction and uphold quality standards
- Responces to customer questions
- Handling of deviations (transportation/temperature) to maintain compliance and high quality of Teva products
- Communication with warehouse and manufacturers on quality-related matters, ensuring seamless operations
- Participation in audits of the compliance of the Quality Management System, driving continuous improvement
- Participation in internal meetings and collaborating with colleagues in the quality organization and in other departments in the company
- Contribution to monthly reporting of metrics/KPI’s highlighting areas for improvement and celebrating successes
Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (Farmaseutti) (or a related field in the natural sciences)
- Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a drive to improve processes
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Finnish with a strong command of English
