What you’ll do:

• Leads and manages Power Electronics & Electrical Engineering team
• Recruits team members, maintains team proficiency
• Manages competence and performance development of his/her direct reports
• Manages working hours, absences and vacation administration of the team
• Coordinates power electronics & electrical engineer resourcing in R&D projects
• Leads the technology development of the business unit
• Collaborates with corporate research and technology organizations to propose technology development projects that align with business needs
• Coordinates thesis works within R&D organization
• Gives technical supervision in design tasks
• Responsible of teams job safety in R&D test labs together with Lead Safety Engineer
  

Qualifications:

• Master / Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 years of experience in electrical product design
  

Skills:

• Electrical, power electronics and testing experience
• Leadership skills
