• Collaborate with various departments to identify potential AI and analytics use cases that can drive business value
• Design, develop, and implement AI models and analytical solutions to address identified business challenges
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Document processes, methodologies, and results, and present findings to stakeholders

• You are a recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
• You have understanding of AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics techniques
• You are proficient in programming languages and/or machine learning frameworks as well as in low-code development environments (e.g. Python, Tensor Flow, Microsoft Power Platform)
• You have a basic understanding of optimization problems (e.g., concepts such as objective, parameter, variable, constraint) and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
• You have excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills, with the ability to explain and simplify technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• You are able to work effectively in a virtual team environment and collaborate with colleagues from different disciplines
• You are eager to learn new technologies and methodologies, and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
• You are fluent in spoken and written English; other languages are considered as an advantage
