As External Affairs Manager in GSK Finland, you will proactively influence healthcare policies, laws, and regulations to accelerate and improve access for patients. Your primary responsibility will be within the Vaccines therapy area, but you will also support the Respiratory function.

In this role you will…

• Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders in the vaccines space, including decision-makers, political stakeholders, patient advocacy groups, interest groups and the industry association to build partnerships and maintain an open dialogue.
• Leverage networks and create alliances to influence payer & access related decision-makers on a national level, in well-being service areas and hospitals.
• Prepare and execute GSK's External Affairs strategy in the therapy area.
• Ensure strong cross-functional leadership with connectivity across the Market Access function to ensure key barriers are removed. Partner with the GSK cross-functional therapy area team, co-creating solutions and actively sharing insights.
• Define KPIs and assess the delivery and effectiveness of activities for agile improvement.

Why you?
Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in a relevant subject
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Fluent Finnish and English, speaking and writing

Preferred:

• Established network in the Vaccines community
• Experience from the pharmaceutical or closely related industry
• Ability to build partnerships with key stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and focused execution
• Accountable for results with proactive search for solutions to overcome obstacles.
