What You'll Do

• Assessment of the building condition: structure, roof and technical equipment.
• Engineer in construction.
• Training: Engineering school or university training (Bachelor or Master's degree) with over 5 years of experience
• Skills: Knowledge of building techniques, technical equipment, fire safety regulations, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present a professional and knowledgeable persona
• Autonomous, rigorous and organized, you have a flair for analysis and synthesis, and are able to draft documents.
• Build, develop and maintain existing business and client relationships
• Open-minded and communicative, you know how to work as part of a team in an international context.
• You will need to be diligent and pro-active with the ability to prioritise and act on your own initiative
• Fluent English essential (written and spoken).
• B driving license required
• Excellent command of Pack Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Willingness to travel within the Finland, Denmark, Sweden and Norway
