Manager
At Pw C, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.

Those in human resource operations at Pw C will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines, as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Pw C opened a new Technology & Innovation Center in Cairo that delivers high quality technology solutions to consulting Clients across the
globe. The Centre provides a broad suite of skills and services to our clients, ranging from Packaged Applications such as SAP & Oracle, to
Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Custom Development and Cloud services utilising AWS, Azure and Google, as well as expanding our existing
Managed Services capabilities.
The centre is looking to expand rapidly and we are looking for enthusiastic self-starters with a passion for technology and client delivery
to help shape and form this new venture.

As a HR Managed Services Manager, you will lead teams to provide clients with HR Managed Services across the hire to retire HR lifecycle.

This could include elements across the following HR processes:

• Organisational design (e.g. JDs) & workforce planning
  
• Talent acquisition and onboarding
  
• Performance and career management
  
• L&D management
  
• HR ops & admin incl. employee data management, employee relations, grievances management, offboarding etc.
  
• Compensation & benefits administration including payroll management
  

• Lead and coordinate any transition tasks from clients to Pw C
  
• Upskill team on any required process workflows and technologies
  
• Manage the day-to-day delivery for HR engagements including oversight of key customer deliverables / outputs
  
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR transactions across end to end HR processes for their engagements
  
• Complete quality reviews to ensure that delivery on their engagements is inline with established policies, procedures, compliance standards and customer expectations
  
• Hold overall accountability for SLA / OLA compliance within their engagement team across HR processes undertaken
  

• Manage your own workload as well as that of the engagement team’s, including reporting on progress and issues escalations
  
• Monitor the performance of team members on their engagements on an ongoing basis and implements appropriate coaching
  

• Communicate effectively with clients and facilitate seamless HR service delivery and enhanced overall employee experience
  
• Manage risks and escalations in collaboration with client and project leadership
  
• Proactively build relationships with all team members within Pw C including engagement with client teams as well as customers of our clients
  

• Develop and implement ideas to support clients and drive continuous improvement initiatives particularly related to HR processes and workflows
  
• Assist in the implementation of best practices and new technologies
  

• Implements corrective actions to address any deviations, and continuously improves service delivery based on feedback
  
• Leads quality improvement initiatives based on feedback and observations
  

• Manage, mentor, and motivate their engagement team members, fostering a culture of excellence, high performance, and continuous learning
  
• Support in executing the HR Managed Services strategic plans and programs to ensure the improvement of team performance and achievement of its objectives
  
• Support the service tower leadership in people management of the overall team - including in recruitment, L&D, coaching and other people activities as required
  

• Knowledge & experience in HRMS systems (e.g. Sales Force, Workday, Oracle cloud HCM etc.)
  
• Strong HR Knowledge: Proficient in HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, with a solid understanding of employee data management
  
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively address employee queries and collaborate with clients and internal teams in both Arabic and English
  
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing employee records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to streamline HR processes and resolve employee concerns

Proficient in written and spoken English and Arabic

Bachelor’s degree in a HR related field, business management / administration or equivalent
HR related Certifications in relevant fields would be advantageous

Manager with 6-10 years experience.
Ideally having worked with a diverse portfolio of people, process and technology with a leading firm, ideally with managed services experience, and preferably in the Middle East or GCC region
