Om stillingen
Som Teknisk Projektleder i TOM vil du have ansvaret for at lede projekter, der understøtter drift og vedligeholdelsesprocesser. Du vil stå i spidsen for projekter, der bidrager til at udvikle bedre processer og løbende optimeringer. Stillingen er central i vores arbejde med at sikre, at drift og vedligeholdelse fungerer optimalt og kontinuerligt udvikles til fordel for organisationen.
Dine arbejdsopgaver vil inkludere
Ledelse og koordinering af tekniske projekter, der optimerer vores vedligeholdelsesprocesser.
Samarbejde tæt med forskellige afdelinger for at sikre et effektivt projektforløb og optimal drift.
Du vil desuden lede automationsprojekter i samarbejde med IT og produktionen.
Vi forventer, at du
- Har en teknisk uddannelse som ingeniør eller lignende
- Har solid erfaring med projektledelse og evner at styre komplekse projekter fra start til slut
- Er analytisk, struktureret og detaljeorienteret, med et naturligt overblik over projektmål og deadlines

Om området
TOM-afdelingen (Technical Operations and Maintenance) er en gruppe på +120 dygtige medarbejdere, der er dedikeret til at drive, vedligeholde og optimere en række vigtige systemer og udstyr på hele webstedet. Deres ekspertise spænder over HVAC, forsyningsstyring, kalibrering og omfattende vedligeholdelsesaktiviteter.
TOM Excellence - Dit nye team
Er et lille (men voksende) nyt team af teknisk kompetente og engagerede medarbejdere. Vi har en let og humoristisk omgangstone og ser fejl som potentielle læringssituationer. Derudover er vi alle klar på at møde de udfordringer en ny og kraftigt voksende vedligeholds-organisation byder på.
