Role Overview:
Offer refund services to tourists as well as 1st level support during refund processes, delivering a consistent and professional service in line with the current policies and procedures. Based at Copenhagen Kastrup Airport.
What you will do:

Provide the tourist with full and high-standard support during the refund transactions, customized on requirements and case.

Support the tourists throughout the whole refund process, collaborating with the Customs authorities.

Maintain the customer experience at a high level as an important step of the customer journey.

Communicate with the main office and other departments in matters of daily business.

Undertake any general administrative task as assigned by the refund manager.
Who you are:
-
Previous experience in a customer service or retail role
-
Ability to work in customer-facing roles, and professional at all times.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Reliable, team player and hands-on mentally
-
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and Danish desirable.
