QA Assistant

Main Responsibilities:
Documentation Management
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), control logs, and records.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely accessibility of documents across departments.
Change Control
- Support the coordination and management of change control processes to ensure all changes comply with quality standards and are properly documented.
Deviations
- Record, track, and assist in the investigation and resolution of deviations from established processes.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented effectively.
Filing and Record-Keeping
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records related to quality management, audits, training, and other essential processes.
Customer Support
- Address quality-related inquiries and concerns from customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure the ongoing development and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System (D4).
- Monitor compliance requirements, such as SOP training records, internal cleaning and sanitation audits, and raw material specifications.
ISO 9001 System
- Actively contribute to the introduction, implementation, and adherence to the ISO 9001 quality management system.
- Participate in audits, documentation processes, and system reviews as required.
GMP Training
- Assist in planning and conducting annual Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training sessions.
- Promote awareness and understanding of quality and safety standards among employees.
Laboratory Shipments
- Coordinate secure and accurate shipments of samples to external laboratories, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Quality Audits and Analysis
- Assist in conducting ad hoc analyses and quality control audits to support product quality improvement.
- Document findings and follow up on corrective actions as needed.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
