Are you a technically skilled and experienced project manager within production or process companies, and are you eager to contribute to impactful CAPEX projects in a global organization? If so, you might be Palsgaard’s new Heart working colleague.
At Palsgaard we are in the process of doubling our production capacity at our site in Denmark, where we are finalizing the construction of a new spray tower and currently building a new emulsifier factory. To support this growth and ensure efficient project execution, we are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in the successful execution of CAPEX projects, ensuring smooth execution within budget and timelines while aligning with strategic priorities. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders, driving smaller sub-projects and facilitating collaboration across teams.
The position is located at Palsgaard HQ in Juelsminde, and it is preferred, that the candidate lives in reasonable driving distance from Juelsminde or are willing to relocate to the region.
Your responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate has a technical background, such as engineering, or relevant education combined with project management experience. You bring expertise from a similar role or operational positions (min. 3-5 years’ experience), ideally within production or process-oriented companies, and have a solid understanding of their unique challenges.
A strong knowledge of project management methodologies, technical disciplines, including stainless steel metalworking, machinery, welding, electrical systems, or plumbing, is essential. Proficiency in MS Office, CAD software, and ERP systems is required, and you must be fluent in both Danish and English.
As a person, you are solution-oriented, with excellent communication and facilitation skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment, actively contributing to projects across a global organization. You are structured and detail-focused, capable of independently managing smaller projects while providing reliable support for larger initiatives.

- Support the execution phase of CAPEX projects, ensuring adherence to project models and processes
- Quality assurance with vendors according to Technical Design Documents
- Act as project lead for CAPEX initiatives, focusing on optimization and capacity expansion
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within the allocated budgets
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective involvement of relevant stakeholders
- Contribute and support Palsgaard’s strategic focus areas and upcoming projects
- Support the installation and commissioning of projects
