QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Proven strong experience as a project manager
- Experience from the pharma industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in project management tools and models
- Change management and organizational transformation
- Strong communication skills
- Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
- Solid understanding/qualification of Project Management Principals
- Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
- Strategic thinking with operational focus
- Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
- Person with good communication skills
- Take own initiatives and ensure for results
- Professional level of English - both oral and written
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
- Ensure project execution and adherence to timelines and resource allocation from stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Collaborate with stakeholders and keep them informed of project developments Evaluate and report on project outcomes
